High Speed Doors
An energy efficient high-speed door product solution for busy openings in industrial premises. Suitable for high traffic flow. Its fast action dramatically reduces heat loss, noise contamination, airborne pollution and time lost waiting for conventional roller shutter doors to open.
High speed doors are an ever increasing requirement in our cost conscious environmentally conscious world. The loss of heat from inside the building can cost thousands over a year, especially in a large building, and the same for keeping a building cool in the summer.
Maximum width 12000mm, maximum height 10000mm. Door operating speed: 1 metre per second.
Our high speed door system has been wind load tested to category 5.
Electrical operation is by means of high quality three phase safe drive motor and gearbox with digital limits. The safe drive operator prevents the uncontrolled drop of the shutter curtain. All control panels are low voltage and have open, close and emergency stop buttons as standard. Emergency manual override is provided to allow operation of the motor in the event of power failure
Our high speed doors are supplied with safety edges and photocells as standard. All safety systems comply with the current machinery directive standards.
