Sectional Doors
Insulated Sectional doors can be used in a wide range of industrial and commercial premises. Designed with a curved overhead track, these vertically-opening sectional doors can be installed in areas with reduced head room. They provide heat and sound insulation with its composite panel construction.
Solid double skinned steel through to almost completely fully glazed panels. Energy saving insulated sectional overhead door panels are constructed from 0.7mm or 0.5mm galvanised steel sheets bonded together with C.F.C free polyurethane foam with integral thermal breaks to provide a ‘U’ value of 0.45w/m2’C.
Electrical operation is by means of high quality three phase safe drive motor and gearbox with digital limits. The safe drive operator prevents the uncontrolled drop of the shutter curtain. All control panels are low voltage and have open, close and emergency stop buttons as standard. Emergency manual override is provided to allow operation of the motor in the event of power failure
Our sectional doors can be supplied with safety edges and photocells if automatic (impulse) close is required. All safety systems comply with the current machinery directive standards.
